What to expect

1. Culture conversation
We talk about who you are, what drives you, and how you work. We'll also walk you through the role, where it sits in the organization, and what it's really like to work at Loop. So, in short we're assessing fit with Loop's culture: high ownership, direct feedback, bias toward action.

2. Hiring manager interview
Deep dive into your skills, your experience, and what you've built. We'll talk about the role, the team, and the problems you'll help solve.
Come with questions. This is your chance to understand the work.

3. Business case
We give you a real problem. You propose a solution.
This is where we see how you think, how you communicate, and how you handle feedback. It's about the process, not the performance.
Depending on job seniority we might follow up with a team or stakeholder interview before moving to the executive interview.

4. Executive interview
Meet with a member of our executive team to discuss impact at scale. We explore how you think about strategy, ownership, and raising the bar across teams.
It’s a two way discussion about ambition, expectations, and what great looks like at Loop.

Decision
After the process, we both decide. You can talk to Loopers, visit the office, ask more questions. We want you to be sure and all in.
When it's right, you'll know. So will we.
