Good at blocking noise, but overwhelming for me

"Unfortunately, the Loop Quiet 2 doesn’t work well for me. They do a great job of reducing background noise, but at the same time, I become much more aware of my own internal sounds. I can hear my breathing, swallowing, and even the rushing of blood in my ears much more clearly. For me, this is actually more overwhelming than the background noise itself, so I still end up feeling overstimulated. I can see how these earplugs could work really well for others, but unfortunately they aren’t a good fit for me."

Bought these the same time

"Bought these the same time as the engage plus 2 for my sons wedding as I thought it would help for sleep. I wore them as soon as I got them for my first night and my sleep score showed a dramatic change in my deep sleep and not awake as many times as usual. Noise came up through the floor of our room at the hotel night before wedding and they helped dramatically. I’ve changed the tops a few times where the xs is the most comfortable but I am bruised inside my left ear which is the side I lie on so I think the shape probably isn’t the most ideal for me but I couldn’t afford the ones that are just for sleep, Dream I think. It’s a shame as I haven’t been able to wear them a few nights now and it showed with more awakenings. I find that there is a great selection to choose from on the website and I like that they are reusable and easy to clean."

"Son una gozada. Son tal cual lo describen y super cómodos para dormir. Y te aíslan bastante el ruido. A ver milagros no hacen y un roncador a tu lado no te lo silencia pero de otra habitacion si. Obras de los vecinos o de la calle también. Y para concentración también van genial. Menudo descubrimiento. Importante que la almohadilla no sea mas grande para que haga bien su funcion."

"The silicone part outside my ear is uncomfortable when I sleep on my side. Also, the noise reduction could be better — for me, the usual foam-type earplugs seem to block out noise more effectively. It looks like I might have to invest in a more expensive pair and see if that works better for my preferences."

"Bought a couple of pairs of these for myself and my husband. We used them on a long haul flight and they worked so well we actually managed to get some sleep!! Looking forward to seeing how well they do in future situations. It's great they come with various size buds so you can find the perfect fit. Great quality including the little case."

not that impressive as I thought but useful

"it's not that much damping, like I thought. More like noises outside the own flat, means really far away noises. It hurts after a while of sleeping. I'm not that impressed, but will keep it for desensitizing training (when you wear damping things for a long time it sensitizes your hearing and it doesn't work continue working that good)."
